Returns

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the Seller in relation to the products purchased on ameticshop.com, without any penalty and without having to specify a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to info@ameticshop.com, indicating the order number and the products they wish to return.
Once the return request has been approved and instructions have been provided by the Seller, the Customer must arrange the return shipment by contacting their chosen courier.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
The Customer is responsible for ensuring safe packaging and shipping of the returned products. The Seller is not responsible for any damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized items, created specifically for the Customer;
  
  

• sealed products that cannot be returned once opened for hygiene or safety reasons.
  
  

Return shipping costs and any import duties or taxes for re-entry into Italy are the responsibility of the Customer.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and verified, the Seller will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

The Customer will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
