Born in Galatina in 1968, Nico Preste is a craftsman and artist who transforms reclaimed materials into original, meaningful works. After a period in Milan, he returned to his native land, where he now combines his passion for nature with a love for art and craftsmanship.
Using ceramics, wood, metal, and vintage objects found at flea markets, he creates unique pieces that tell a story and reflect a deep commitment to sustainability and tradition. Each creation is entirely handmade, crafted with artisanal techniques and meticulous attention to detail.
His art is a dialogue between past and present, between material and imagination: every work is an experience, a personal expression that gives new life to objects that might otherwise be forgotten
